Michelle Cheri Siderius, 50, failed to negotiate a curve in the road and rolled her minivan three times down a steep embankment and into a creek. Siderius was not wearing a seatbelt and was thrown from the vehicle. Siderius’s husband, Curtis Shutts was a passenger in the vehicle and was wearing a seat belt and suffered minor injuries.
