Pamela Mangen of Billings died in head on crash

Fifty-five year old Pamela Mangen died in a head on collision with a semi-truck. Mangen was heading the wrong way on I-90 at around 11:00 p.m. near Laurel. According to authorities, the semi-truck was headed eastbound and went to pass another vehicle and did not see Mangen’s car coming. By the time emergency crews arrived, both vehicles were engulfed in flames. The 50 year old semi-truck and his passenger were uninjured. Mangen was pronounced dead at the scene.
