One woman is battling for her life and another is behind bars after an ATV rollover near Belgrade. Sara Mines, 29 of Bozeman was the driver of the ATV when she lost control in a parking lot causing the ATV to roll. The female passenger suffered serious injuries due to the accident and was taken to Bozeman Deaconess and then flown to Billings. The woman had facial fractures and bleeding in her brain. MHP states Mines smelled strongly of alcohol and her speech was slurred. Mines is facing a felony charge of negligent vehicular assault.
