Woman’s vehicle teeters over steep incline after crash

Authorities responded to a vehicle accident in Gallatin canyon where a 66-year-old woman had lost control of her vehicle on a steep and narrow portion of the roadway. The vehicle became stuck on a ledge nearly rolling down a steep incline. The woman apparently exited the vehicle on the downhill side and fell 10 to 15 feet below the vehicle. A Good Samaritan who noticed the accident stopped and pulled the woman to safety before the vehicle could roll down the hill. The woman was uninjured; however, she was arrested by MHP for driving under the influence of alcohol.
