Food Poisoning

Tainted food is a problem in the United States that only seems to be getting worse. There are periodic news reports and warnings about whole classes of food that should be avoided. This is often a consequence of bulk production – one failure in the system leads to hundreds or thousands of cases. Food borne illness is the most commonly known consequence, but food poisoning can cause death in some instances. In this video, Sol talks about a tragic case involving chicken tainted with salmonella.
